To All Members. Further to the notice already circulated it is now confirmed that the Annual General meeting will be held at the Clubroom, the 21 st Scout Headquarters. Autumn Close, off Carterhatch Lane, Enfield, Middx. Commencing at 8pm sharp on Thursday 15th October 2009. Doors open at 7.45 pm for refreshments.

1 To elect a Chairman of the meeting.

4 To confirm and adopt the minutes of the 2008 A.G.M.

8 To consider and decide the Club affiliations for 2010. The 2009 affiliations were:

g) Essex Road Race League.

h) Enfield Association of Voluntary Youth Clubs.

9 Proposals There are no proposals this year.

10 To consider and approve the time trial programme for 2010..

2009 = 1 open 25 mile TT , 1 club 25 mile TT, 1 Championship, 9 club 10 mile TT events, 1 Hill climb Championship.

11 To consider and approve the road race programme for 2010.

2009 = 1 Eastway event. 1 Essex Road Race event. 1 Evening Club Championship at Eastway.

12 To consider and approve the track programme for 2010.

13 To consider and approve the social programme for 2010

14 Any other business. Bill Caton wished to have a brief discussion on the qualifying events for the 25 mile championship.
